Albion Falls is a beautiful stepped cascade waterfall located on the Niagara Escarpment in Hamilton, Ontario. The water flows down layered limestone rock in wide terraces, creating multiple small drops instead of one single vertical plunge. Its distinctive “wedding cake” shape makes it one of the most photographed waterfalls in the Hamilton area.
The falls are surrounded by forested escarpment scenery, rocky cliffs, and walking trails, giving it a peaceful natural atmosphere despite being inside the city. After rainfall or during spring melt, the water flow becomes much stronger and more dramatic.
