Kortright Centre for Conservation

Kortright Centre for Conservation is a large nature and environmental education centre set on about 325 hectares of forests, wetlands, meadows, and hiking trails.

Located in Woodbridge/Vaughan, the Kortright Centre is one of the GTA’s best destinations for:

The centre was established as both: a conservation area, an environmental education hub.
It is operated by the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) and is named after conservationist Francis H. Kortright



The property includes forests, marshes boardwalks, scenic trails, renewable energy exhibits, sustainable technology demonstrations.
The atmosphere is very different from busy city parks — visitors often come for quiet nature escapes, photography, family walks, relaxation near Toronto.
